Scaffold Finder is operated by Nitro Digital Pty Ltd (ABN 14 642 239 567), called "we" or "us" here. By using Scaffold Finder you agree to these terms.

What Scaffold Finder is

Scaffold Finder is a directory of Australian scaffolding businesses. We're not a party to any arrangement between you and a business you contact. Any quote, contract, work, payment or dispute is between you and that business.

Listings

We build listings from information businesses publish and keep them as accurate as we reasonably can, but businesses change their services, areas and details. Check licences, insurance, permits and the terms of any quote directly with the business before work starts.

Using the site

Use the site and its forms only to find and contact scaffolding businesses for real jobs. Don't send spam, false requests or anything unlawful, and don't copy or scrape the directory.

If you claim a listing

By claiming a listing you confirm you're authorised to act for that business. Details you add must be accurate and must be about your own business. You let us show the logo and photos you upload on Scaffold Finder. We check changes before they go live and may decline ones we can't confirm. Licence and insurance documents you upload stay private.

Featured listings

Featuring is a monthly subscription, paid through Stripe, at the price shown when you sign up. It renews each month until you cancel.

If you join on the founders offer, the founders price applies for your first 12 months. After that your subscription moves to the standard price automatically, and we'll email you before it changes.

You can cancel at any time from your account, using Manage billing. Featuring continues until the end of the month you've paid for, and then stops. We don't refund part months, except where the law requires.

We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price of your subscription, and you can cancel before the new price applies. We may stop featuring a business that seriously breaches these terms. If we stop featuring you for any other reason, we'll refund the unused part of the month.

Featuring changes where a listing appears, not how we check it. Featured listings are always labelled.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from dealings with a business you find on it. Where our liability for a service can't be excluded but can be limited, it's limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date on this page shows when they last changed, and we'll email featured businesses about any change that affects their subscription. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
